How do I pronounce Virtika?

It’s pronounced just like “vertical”, but without the “L”. In American English, it’s pronounced “Vur-ti-kuh”.

Do you guys offer free shipping?

Yep. We have FREE domestic shipping over $99 (code “freeusashipping”) and FREE international shipping over $299 (code “international”). Free shipping may not be available during some sales.

How can I tell what the actual colors will look like in real life?

We can’t guarantee the colors of our products will look the same in person as they do on this site. The way colors appear on different computer monitors can vary greatly. We do however color match as much as possible, and we recommend viewing our site on an Apple computer with the screen brightness turned all the way up for the closest possible representation of true colors.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Shipping time depends on carrier and location. UPS Ground in the US usually takes 2-5 business days and UPS international economy usually takes 5-8 business days. USPS can be as short as 3-5 days in the US and as long as 2-3 weeks internationally.

Is my personal data safe?

The “S” means that we have our own SSL (secure sockets layer) certificate which ensures a completely secure, encrypted browsing and checkout process that is verified by all the “big guns” like Chase, Visa, MasterCard, etc. Our shopping cart is certified and checked daily by McAfee to insure all your data is safe.

Do you charge any transaction or handling fees?

Nope. Transaction and handling fees come out of our pocket, not yours. International customers may be charged taxes/duties by their government, which is out of our control.

Do you accept international orders?

Yes we do. We accept all forms of currency from around the world and welcome all international orders. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and associated fees.
