Returns & Exchanges

All returns / exchanges must be sent back within 30 days of receipt with UPS.

Just follow these instructions:

  1. Make sure any items you are sending back have not been worn, are neatly folded, back in the bags, with tags on, and ready for resale. We are unable to accept returns if an item is dirty, has been worn, is covered in pet hair, etc. All returns/exchanges are subject to a 5-15% restocking fee. We usually waive this fee for exchanges, assuming the item/items are ready for resale.
  2. Ship back to us with UPS, DO NOT use USPS or FEDEX. They are extremely unreliable, leave packages outside, lose them, etc. We are not responsible for undelivered or lost/stolen packages shipped with Fedex or USPS. Make sure to keep your tracking number until your return or exchange is fully processed.

  4. Include a note in the box with your name, order number, return shipping address, email address and phone number. Please state what you would like us to do (a return or exchange) and if you would like an exchange, please check the website to be sure we have what you want in stock.

For exchanges in the US, we are happy to pay for shipping back to you. We ask that international customers pay for shipping both ways. We will charge the credit card on file unless you instruct us to do otherwise. If you return part/all of an order for which you got free shipping, we deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. If you don’t return the freebies that came with your order, we’ll deduct the cost of those from your refund. We’ll look for your package and take care of it as soon as possible.
